Passed away peacefully on December 18, 2019 with family by his side. Surinder was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. Survived by his beloved wife Malika, brother Sudhir (Veena), sister Sunita (Ratnakar), sister-in-law (Reva), children Salil (Neha), Sachiv, grandchildren (Sia, Silas, Selwyn) and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. He touched all of them with his kindness, generosity and laughter. Surinder's family and friends are invited to a celebration of his life on Monday, December 23, 2019, 9 a.m. at Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa. In addition, a Shanti Path will be held in his honour on Tuesday, December 24, 2019, 11 a.m at the Hindu Temple of Ottawa-Carleton 4835 Bank Street, Ottawa.
