Theresa Wilson
(nee Ladouceur)

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Theresa at the age of 91. Predeceased by her loving husband Dalton, Terry is survived by her sons Brent (Heather), Kerry (Peggy) and Scott (Flo) and by her grandchildren Kerry Wilson Jr, Brendan Wilson, Stephanie Quesnel (Ryan), Rebecca Armstrong (Michael), Brittany Wilson, Meghan Wilson, Ryan Wilson, and her great grandchild Denver Quesnel. She is also survived by her sister Helen Pell and her constant companion and dear friend Shirley Gibbard Bradley. Terry was passionate about her family and served as the anchor for us all. Born and raised in Ottawa she and Dalton were avid boaters, and spent many happy years at Lens Cove Marina in Portland, and on the Rideau River in Manotick. Terry was a model mother and grandma, keeping her family close by and doting on her beloved grandchildren. Although her memories were stolen in recent years, her spirit was strong, and she enjoyed many years with the love and support of her family and Shirley, always by her side. She is now reunited with her partner in love and life, Dalton. Visitation will be held at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Rd. Ottawa, on Monday, November 26, 2018, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment at Pinecrest Cemetery. A reception to celebrate Terry’s life will follow. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada in Terry’s name would be appreciated.
