It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Sandy on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at the age of 74. Daughter of Margaret and the late Frank Moran, loving wife to Dave of 54 years, mother to Tina (Walter) and Chris, sister to Terri (Eamon) and brother to Gerry (Linda) and proud Granna to Corey, Holly and Tyler whom she loved very much.

Her profound love of children was demonstrated through running a home daycare for 25 years. Sandy and Dave enjoyed their 25 years of retirement by travelling across Canada and the USA in an RV for four years. They enjoyed many years of poolside gatherings at their home in Stittsville with family and dear friends while spending winters in their RV in Frostproof, Florida.

Sandy leaves behind a multitude of close and dear friends and relatives and a freezer full of her famous oatmeal cookies. Sandy’s bright and shiny spirit is always smiling with us.

A private family service was held at Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel.
