Olwyn Lockhart passed away peacefully with family by her side on Thursday, March 12, 2020, in her 90th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 31 years Cam Lockhart. Loving mother of Iain (Ann) Illing of Kitimat BC, and Dianne (James) Lockhart of Fitzroy Harbour, stepmother to Maureen (Rod) Ballad, Malcolm (Krys) Lockhart and Ken Lockhart. Proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Also remembered by her sister Gwen King of Cornwall, England. Predeceased by her sister Peggy Redford and brother Ivor.

Born in London, England to John and Sarah Fowler and immigrated to Canada in 1956. Olwyn was employed with Brant Township Central School as administrative staff and then County of Bruce General Hospital, Walkerton and attained her certificate in Health Care Administration. After retiring to Westbank, BC Olwyn volunteered her time to several organizations, was a member of the Ponderosa Spinners, Weavers, Fibre Artists Guild, Kelowna and was an avid gardener.
