Lui was a very dear friend, We had long talks about things of mutual interest. In January over three cups of herbal tea we discussed the things that were important to each of us. in the 1990's Lui (& Lynn0 offered to take my daughter to the farm for a month because she was experiencing teen age issues. In my opinion, Lui was a great mechanical engineer, thoughtful & logical on solving mechanical & human issues. I will certainly miss our discussions & his insight into the human issues we discussed.

Lui was a geat lad with a lot of knowledge on anything and everything. Spent many hours around his tinkering with the old Fiero's at the Brock. A true legend from the Road safety world, one that will never be forgotten. RIP
