Jacqueline "Jackie" Auger

January 27, 1927 - November 24, 2020

It is with great sadness that the family of Jacqueline Auger (Jackie) announce her passing peacefully at Garden Terrace on November 24th, 2020 at the age of 93. Dear daughter of the late Aline (Reeves) and the late Godfrey Auger. Predeceased by her brothers Guy and Roland Auger and her sister Claire Ander. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law, Sharon Auger (Graham Ball) and many Auger and Bigué nieces and nephews and their families.

A special thanks to the wonderful staff at Garden Terrace Long-Term Care Home for their excellent care of Jackie, particularly during these trying times. You are all very special.

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.

I have great memories of Jackie dating back most of my life. She so loved all of her Auger and Bigue families and you brought her so much joy over the years! Rest in peace Jackie.

I have so many fond childhood memories of Aunt Jackie, birthdays, Christmas, any special occasion Jackie was always there, along with Uncle Bill, Father Cahill, uncle Guy.

So many great memories from Sunday’s to cottaging and family parties. It will be important for us to think of her at future family events as we need remember to pause for a picture together and record our memories and history as she always made sure we did... even if sometimes the lenses cap was still on. You will be greatly missed aunt Jackie.
