It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden death of Glenn at the age of 66, on Monday August 31st 2020. He was predeceased by his wife Diane and his mother Shirley and Step-Father (John Hare). Left to mourn are his father Kenneth Fincham (Alicia), brothers Scott (Elizabeth) and Gary (Sara), stepson Brian Avon (Chantal), step grandsons Alex and Zach, nephews Sean (Denisa), Andrew (Sophie), Max (Brianna), and niece Kate.
His 5 great-nephews: Hudson, Emerson, Greyson, Alex and Theo; 1 great-niece Clara. Sister in law Lorraine and niece Sonya. We would like to thank all his many caregivers over the years, and good friends that enriched his life.
Glenn retired from a long career at Statistics Canada in 2014 , and his sunny disposition and positive outlook will be greatly missed by all. We would like to thank all his many caregivers over the years, and good friends that enriched his life.
If friends desire they can make a donation to Bruyere Foundation in Glenn’s memory. There will be a private family gathering for his burial.
