<div itemprop="description"><br>Anne Morrison Logan (nee McKay), widow of James Carson Logan, formerly of Burlington Ontario, and residing in Ottawa with her daughter Carole Anne Logan since 2009, passed suddenly on Friday, December 21, 2018 in her 89th year. Predeceased by her husband James Carson Logan, parents William and Sarah McKay, sister and brother-in law Margaret and Charles Fitzpatrick, and goddaughter in Scotland Mary Caunter. Survived by her daughter Carole and grandson James Hill (Katie Adliff); James’ father Dan Hill (Lisle Christie), the Fitzpatrick family: nephew William (Anne O’Connell) and their daughter Nora O’Connell, niece Karen, her daughter Devon and grandson Kayden, and the McRoberts family: godson Gordon McRoberts (Veronica) and their daughter Ashley, Linda and Jim Norek, their son Craig and daughter Amanda, Lori and Jim Baker, her son Calum Butterworth and daughter Emily Butterworth. Born in Glasgow, Scotland in 1930, Anne arrived in Hamilton, Canada in 1955, moving to Burlington in 1958. Retired from Robinson’s Department Store and a Past Matron of Lakeshore Chapter 79 of the Eastern Star, Anne had an avid love of books and a proper-made cup of tea. She will be remembered for her grace, generosity, and ability to make others feel comfortable. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Anne’s Life will be held on Friday, December 28 at 1 o’clock at the LaSalle Banquet Centre, 50 North Shore Blvd East, Burlington L7T 4J8. In keeping with Anne’s taste, Afternoon Tea will be served. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. <br> <br></div>
