My Deepest Sympathy to Marilyn and Family. Vic was such a friendly and genuine person.

Gone too soon and will be sorely missed.
It is with a heavy heart I write this. I have always had the upmost respect for Vic. Our paths first crossed after dirt biking with Steve at the cottage many many years ago. As our friendship grew, so did my interactions with Vic & Marylin. I was always welcomed and was always treated like a member of the family. I will never forget Vic’s teasing and advise, all while puffing on a cigar.....He always had something for me to do before we could get out and play. He reinforced the meaning of working hard to achieve goals, and reminded me to enjoy the fruits of your labour. Many memories, many laughs and much sadness as I say goodbye to a friend, mentor and a great man.
Vic had such enthusiasm! I was always excited to be with him. He taught me so much in my early days at Carleton and later working with him at Capital Foods.
Rest in Peace Vic. You will be missed.

Sending my deepest condolences to the Jones family. My father ( Emil Holst) often spoke highly of Victor as their paths crossed often in the business community. I had the privilege of meeting Victor just the one time and found him to be a kind, gentle soul. Rest easy Mr. Jones.
