Robert Kettles
December 25, 1938 - December 24, 2019
Robert George Kettles
December 25, 1938 to December 24, 2019
It is with great sadness that we share the sudden passing of Robert G (Bob) Kettles on December 24, 2019. Bob is survived by his loving wife Marguerite Turner; sons Scott (Rob), Jonathan (Anne), Geoff (Melissa) and daughter Lynn (Doug); Grandchildren Cole, Chris, Laura, Olivia and Alex. The youngest of four, Bob will be mourned by surviving sister Shirley Smith (Calgary). He was pre-deceased by sisters Lenore and Katherine. Bob will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends who he thought of as family.
Bob was a proud graduate of Clarkson University, a long-time member of the Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club and an avid Senators fan. Bob was also one of the first masters amputee skiers in the Ottawa area. There are no words to express our sorrow and deep sense of loss.
A memorial service will be announced in spring.
