Passed away in Renfrew, ON on Friday, January 25, 2019. Born in Wakefield, QC on August 28, 1957, he was the loving son of the late Harold and Marjorie Murphy. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Monique Dion; his daughter Chelsea (Edward Mask) Murphy and predeceased by his son Danny Murphy. Also survived by his brother Danny Murphy and predeceased by his sisters Rita and Mary Murphy. Patrick will be dearly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends for his gentle nature, humorous disposition and love of fast cars and cold beer. The family wish to thank the nurses at Champlain Community Care Access Centre as well as the Renfrew Hospice. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Rd., Ottawa on Monday, February 4th from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A Service in Memory of Patrick will be held in the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel on Tuesday, February 5th at 1:00 p.m. Inurnment and reception to follow. Donations in memory of Patrick can be made to the Renfrew Hospice.
