DAVIS, Norman Leonard
Passed away at Granite Ridge Care Community on Sunday, April 9, 2017 at the age of 94. Born in Ottawa on October 15th, 1922; he was the son of the late George Davis and Lila (Armstrong). He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Mae (nee Clifford); his children Peter (Lynda), Don (Deborah) and Nancy (Steve Burgoin); also survived by his 5 grandchildren Althea, Stephanie, Lindsay, Cameron and Andrew as well as 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Predeceased by his 2 grandchildren Lance and Wade and his brothers and sisters. Family and friends may visit at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre – 2500 Baseline Rd., Ottawa, on Friday, April 14th from 2p.m. to 4p.m. & 7p.m. to 9p.m. Funeral Service to take place on Saturday, April 15th in the Chapel at 2:00p.m. Interment and reception to follow. In Memoriam donations may be made to the Ottawa Men’s Mission or the Ottawa Humane Society.
