<div itemprop="description"> <p> <strong> At the young age of 68, Jean L&eacute;onard S&eacute;majuste (Ottawa, Ontario), passed away on January 31st 2013. </strong> <strong> He was born in Dori, Haiti on October 17th 1944. He was faithfully married to his beautiful wife Solange S&eacute;majuste for over 37 years and was survived by his two children, whom he loved so much,&nbsp; L&eacute;nard S&eacute;majuste and Sagine S&eacute;majuste. He was an exceptional husband, father and friend to so many. He was a teacher, educator, traveler with a constant desire for knowledge. He will forever remain a pillar of strength, an image of&nbsp; selflessness, a source of inspiration and an upstanding figure of humanity, wise beyond his years. </strong> </p> <p> &nbsp; </p> <p> <strong> Family will receive friends at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre (2500 Baseline Rd)&nbsp; on Friday, February 8, 2013 from 2- 4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Rhema Ministries (1550 Chatelain Ave) on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. Interment to take place at Pinecrest Cemetery followed by a reception, celebrating his life, at Nepean Baptist Church (135 Woodfield Drive). His loved ones would like to honor his memory by bringing forth the importance of organ donations and awareness towards better established health care protocols, by asking you to make donations to the Trillium Gift of Life.
