Beloved husband of 57 years and now happily joining Diane Marie Carvish (Murphy). <br />Loving father of Karen Marie Carvish, Perry Kenneth Carvish, Judy Diane McPhee (Carvish) and Barry Robert Carvish. <br />Proud grandfather to Cory Carvish, Marilyn Mons, Ashley Crosby, Jennifer Crosby, Mathew McPhee, Shania McPhee; great grandfather to Myra Echo Diana Warren. Brother to Sam, Ellen, Lloyd, Kay, Edward, Robert, Lawrence and Dorothy. <br />He will be greatly missed. <br />Funeral to be held Friday, August 15th, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa, Ontario. <br />Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the home dialysis unit at the Riverside Hospital would be gratefully accepted.</div>
