GRIMSLEY, Judith Ann
Peacefully in Winchester on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at the age of 74. Born in Thunder Bay on July 1, 1945, Judy was the daughter of the late Harry Lafrenier and Edna (nee Jones). She is predeceased by her husband of 26 years, Robert Grimsley. She is survived by her children Darcy (Debbie), Eric (Chantal) and Brenda Grimsley and her grandchildren Kevin (Steffani), Jordan (Brianne), Meghan (Nicholas), Samantha (Andrew), Patrick, Nicholas and Lindsey. Judy will also be remembered by her extended family and many dear friends. Judy worked for many years as a teller with Scotiabank in Russell and was a volunteer for over 10 years at the Perley & Veteran’s Health Centre in Ottawa. Special thanks to the Doctors and staff at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Rd., Ottawa on Thursday, August 8, 2019 from 12:00 noon until the time of the Celebration of Life in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations can be made to University of Ottawa Heart Institute, the Winchester District Memorial Hospital or the Perley & Rideau Veteran’s Health Centre.
