James "Don" Donald Corbett
September 1, 1926 - July 15, 2018
It is with sadness that we announce Don’s passing on July 15, 2018. Predeceased by his wife Alice Jane (née Weatherby).
Don was a self-taught musician and master of guitar and a self-proclaimed adrenalin junkie with his motorcycle exploits. He worked for the CDC and Agriculture Canada where he was known as a genius with the welding iron. He will be sorely missed by his friends and family.
Friends are invited to a gathering to celebrate Don’s life on Wednesday, July 25th from 2 - 4p.m. at the Pinecrest Remembrance Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa. For those who wish, memorial donations can be made to the Ottawa Humane Society.
