Retired Canadian Armed Forces, Bar Manager Beaver Barracks Senior NCOs Mess
Frank was the Club Manager for the Ottawa Police Association and managed Lolacher’s catering. But his most remarkable achievement was as a Husband to Sheila Father to Stephen (Lisa Adams) and Dawn (Maurice Seguin) and Grandfather to Margaret-Claire, Michael, Emily and Grace. Howie passed peacefully at home with his family by his side. Thanks for the wonderful care received from the staff in the Emergency and C3 QCH. A special consideration to Dr. Morrin and Dr. Bimji for their care and compassion. Friends are invited to visit at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa on Thursday, January 4th from 2-4 pm and 7-9pm. A Celebration of Life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion, Bells Corners Branch on Friday, January 5th from 2:00-5:00 pm. For those who wish memorial donations can be made to the Queensway Carleton Hospital, or the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 593. (4026 Old Richmond Road)
