SULLIVAN, Cliff
Passed away peacefully in hospital on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. Beloved husband of 59 years to Joan. Loving father of Sharlene, Maureen, Kathy (Samir), and Tim (Gisele). Cherished Pa of Melissa (Chinta), Jeffery (Ashley), Stephanie, Maya, Malik, Alexandra, Nayana and Isabella. Great Papa of Wesley and Kiley. Dear brother of Jack (Sandy). Predeceased by his parents Sidney and Dorothy Sullivan, and brother James.
Visitation is on Friday, September 15th, from 5 to 8 PM at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre (2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa). Funeral Service is on Saturday, September 16th, at 11 AM at St. Elizabeth's Roman Catholic Church (1303 Leaside Avenue @ Merivale Road, Ottawa). Reception to follow at Church.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Civic Hospital for the excellent care given during his time spent in hospital. Donations to The Dementia Society of Ottawa (1750 Russell Rd., Suite 1742 Ottawa, ON K1G 5Z6) would be greatly appreciated.
