Cherished and loving mother to Julina Throop (Brad St. John) and Kelsie Throop. Dearly loved sister to Jac Van Beek (Marilyn Martin), Mark Van Beek (Lisa) and Andrew Van Beek (Stéphanie Phaneuf). Much adored sister-in-law to Kenneth Throop (Cynthia) and Ann King. <br> <br>She will also be fondly remembered and missed by her colleagues at Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat.
